Research Of The Safety Management System And It’s Promote Countermeasure On The Building Construction In The South Company

With the development of urbanization construction, urbanization construction has rapidly developed. But the construction has been the high accidental area of safety which is a great threat to the development of the enterprises and the industry, and seriously affectes the stability and the harmony of the society. How to speed up construction industry and to ensure the safety of construction has become a major research problem. After consulting a large number of relevant literatures, this thesis sets up the evaluation index system of safety management for the south company, which includes safety management thought, safety management mechanism, on-site safety management and safety management culture. By application of AHP and Weighted Comprehensive Evaluation method, the thesis assesses the construction safety management system of the South Company to find out the hidden trouble of safety, and puts forward the control measures so as to improve safety consciousness, knowledge and skill level of construction workers, which will effectively prevent from and reduce the safety accidents in building construction. The thesis provides a reference to the safe production standard and the implementation method in the construction enterprise. The research has the reality guiding significance to the safety of construction, and it can raise the safety management level of construction in the construction enterprise. It also helps to form the core competitiveness and to positively improve comprehensive strength of the construction enterprise.
