Ship-building Safety Mangement Research For Qingdao Wuchuan Heavy Industry Corporation

Safety management is the top priority of the management of industrial manufacturing enterprises.The risk of shipbuilding industry itself is relatively high,so safety management should be emphasized in management.The situation of safety production in China's shipbuilding industry is generally severe.As a large-scale ship construction enterprise,in recent years,considerable human,material and financial resources have been invested in safety management.However,due to the high risk of the ship construction industry,management omissions and other reasons,Qingdao Wuchuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.suffered fatal accidents in 2016 and 2017.Based on the urgency of improving the safety management level of Qingdao Wuchuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,this paper studies the safety management of the enterprise.This paper mainly studies the safety management of Qingdao Wuchuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.by means of investigation and literature.The research shows that there are some problems in the safety management of Qingdao Wuchuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.(1)Safety production awareness is not instilled in place,employees generally do not agree with the importance of safety production awareness,and employees lack of safety production awareness in daily work..(2)Safety production incentive is not in place.Although there are rewards and punishments for safety production related issues,relevant mechanisms are not sound.(3)The safety production management of the work site is not in place.The ship construction site is the place where people's unsafe behavior and things' unsafe state occur.In the safety production management,compared with other aspects of management,the safety production management in the shipbuilding work site is the most important and has the most direct impact on the safety production performance.In view of the existing problems,the paper puts forward the optimization measures for safety management of Qingdao Wuchuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.(1)Enhance employees' safety awareness.Enhance the safety awareness of employees with enterprise safety culture,enhance the safety awareness of employees with "intrinsic safety enterprise" team(i.e.safety and reliability of environment,safety and reliability of equipment,safety and reliability of people,safety and reliability of management),and enhance the safety awareness of employees with visual safety education.(2)Improve the safety management assessment and incentive mechanism.Take the standardization of military work safety as the assessment standard,improve the assessment mechanism of project safety management,and improve the reward and punishment system of work safety.(3)Promote the safety management of ship construction site.Promote site safety management with regional safety management and project line safety management,promote production site management with personnel positioning tracking system,promote site safety management with behavior safety management,and ensure site safety management with perfect process design.This paper focuses on identifying the potential safety problems in the ship construction safety management of Qingdao Wuchuan Heavy Industry Co.,Ltd.,and analyzing the causes of these problems,so as to improve the safety management system of the company,eliminate the potential safety problems,reduce the occurrence of safety accidents,and create a good ship construction environment,which can ensure the safety of national property and the lives and properties of ship builders of the company All have positive practical significance.
