New type of the vehicle of electric heating film heating tube is a new energy-efficient electric materials. The main advantages are: the surface fever, long life, no fire, radiant area, high thermal efficiency, heating up fast, energy saving, not easy to produce dirt AC and DC power. It is due to the above advantages, gradually applied to many areas, especially in the home appliance and electric heating industry. And new vehicle with electrothermal film heating pipe universal AC and DC, the current railway passenger vehicle heater and electric heating furnace mostly by alternating current(AC), in the electrification of the vehicles is 600 V DC, inverter to convert DC into AC supply boiling water furnace and heater. However, the inversion process energy consumption is larger. So, the new vehicle electric heating tube furnace and heater for boiling water the effectiveness of railway vehicles is very. In view of the current model vehicle with electrothermal film heating pipe detection is not perfect. Therefore, detection method of this paper mainly studies the new car with electrothermal film heating pipe and is designed in accordance with the development of methods to detect out corresponding detection device and the corresponding control system. Through experiment, the feasibility of the test method and the test control system is demonstrated, and the results of the experiment can reach the practical requirements.The research as belows:1.Analyzing and comparing by various existing electric film detection methods, combining requirements of the project, the paper determines to use the test methods that the probe changes the distance between the two heat pipe to measure electric membrane resistance.2.Through the analysis and research of the selected test method, and based on the detection method, this paper develops the detection system. Testing and control system, mechanical transmission, execution system, the measurement, the control system software and hardware are designed, at last prototype production is made.3.To debug the experimental prototype and analyse the experimental data, the result provides the necessary data to support the feasibility of the detection method and practical application.4.Using the measuring data, which considered that by changing the distance between two probes detect the resistance of heat tube. Using the approximate linear relationship and the electrothermal resistance change of the electrode preparation after the electrothermal heating tube resistance can get the real resistance value. Therefore, the change of the distance between two electrodes can come true the change of the power of electrothermal film heating tube, so the device can realize the power of electrothermal film heating tube adjustably.
