The Research And Application Of Film Face-lifting Equipment

Hongta Tobacco (Group) Co. Ltd. is a large-scale corporation with tobacco processing being its main business. In order to meet with international competition after China becomes a part of WTO, the group is making its efforts in the fields of scientific and technological innovation. ,GD2000 type packer is a only equipment of rigid product packing in production department No.l, Now, it often brings some troubles in the processing of packing, Particularly, goffering often occurred on the surface of pack, these defects affect badly product surface quality. Therefore, the improvement of CD2000 type packer had to be carried out.By comparison of several design schemes, a kind of improving scheme of Film face-lifting equipment based on operating principle of Film wrapping facility C600 is proposed in this paper. According to improving project, every motion mechanism of Film face-lifting equipment is selected and designed, and then its procedure and motion are decomposed and analyzed, moreover, the mechanism is verified by using time sync design method, finally, chain image and simple graph of mechanical motion are obtained.The transmission system of film face-lifting equipment is optimized by programming optimal program, Reliability of transmission system is enhanced.The electric part of Film face-lifting equipment adopts PLC(Program Logic Control), acquisition and management of signal are designed and analyzed. Control instruction of PLC and trapezoidal pattern are programmed. Moreover, electrical heating system is designed in this paper.
