The power transmission and transformation construction enterprise as the construction unit of the power industry, to be the first in the electric power system reform, and out of the power grid enterprises to market-oriented, so market competition is more brutal, security problem become more prominent., and be an important factor to constrain the healthy development of the power transmission and transformation construction enterprise and even the whole electric power industry.In recent years, the safety management work of the power transmission and transformation construction enterprise is improved, and get some achievements. But because of the particularity and the complexity of enterprise operation environment, production safety situation is still grim, major safety accidents have occurred. Not only cause significant economic losses, but also have a negative impact to the enterprise image. After investigation found that poor safety investment is the direct cause of the accident. So this article through the research of the power transmission and transformation construction enterprise safety investment and benefit has a certain practical value and theoretical significance.According to the actual situation of the power transmission and transformation construction enterprise, this article analyze safety investment and benefit, including the main research contents and achievements:Firstly, to define safety cost and safety input.
