Truss string structure as a high-performance spatial structure. Compared with thegeneral steel structures, large-span truss string structure is a new type of large prestressedrigid hybrid structure, is a member by the bending and tension member and the connectionbetween the two struts composition, through the tension member apply some pre-tension,so that the overall stiffness of the three form a self-balancing system. Since the architectureis simple, light weight, good mechanical performance, can span large spaces and spatialform was not any reasonable line with people’s increasing demands spatial structure, it iswidely used in many practical engineering.Compared with the traditional structure, stress of whole structure and member forcesclosely associated with pre-stressed state. Acting on the truss string structure is constructionloads, rather than using the load, the structure of the construction process is continuouschange, and its stress state also will be constantly changing, there may be more detrimentalthan using loads of stress state. As construction progresses, truss string changing the shape,structure, system will occur Redistribution; construction process simulation results isclosely related to the construction process, process and final completion of the object,Select the appropriate construction process, enabling construction safety, reasonable,economical and efficient,but also to reduce the structural internal force and deformation, sothe construction process simulation analysis is necessary, can provide a reasonable basis forthe construction and reference.Based on explaining structural design, analysis, engineering application status,construction simulation analysis and monitoring methods, the main contents are as follows:1truss string structure installation methods varied, different structures has differentmethods in installation, access to the relevant span truss string structure constructiontechnology, combined with the actual project, summarize the installation methods and andthe characteristics of the various programs and scope.2Introduction TIWTE roof trussstring structure engineering construction plan and construction process monitoringprograms;3Using Midas/Gen for construction process simulation of truss string structureand verify the design and construction programs roof rationality and security;4Based ontracking and monitoring the whole construction process, compare the monitoring data with the design values and analog values, control construction process, and analyze the effect ofprestressed cable to truss string structure’s overall stiffness and Influences of the rodmember.In summary, the construction process simulation of large-span truss string structurehas important reference value to reasonable construction. numerical methods andexperimental data obtained in this paper, has guiding significance for future research andconstruction of the structure.
