High purity aluminum after rolling into high purity aluminum foil for aluminum electrolytic capacitor, high purity aluminum foil electronic aluminum foil, electronic aluminum foil after corrosion treatment into corrosion corrosion foil, foil after anodic oxidation corrosion foil, foil and foil as electrode foil.Formation foil is using electrochemistry or chemistry method to expand surface area of the special high purity aluminum foil, and introduce a layer of Al2O3to the surface, and get the product. Ultrahigh voltage formation foil refers to the aluminum foil that withstand voltage above700v. The700-1200v ultrahigh voltage foil have a good development because it is urgent needed by Aerospace, automotive inverter, industrial converter etc. In this paper, the manufacturing method of the ultrahigh voltage formation foil were studied and optimized. The method of produce700-1200v ultrahigh voltage foil were found. And this method of producing can make the anode foil voltage raise time become shorter, leakage current become smaller, and service life become longer. Followings is the main work:Experiments using the raw material selection and optimization, ultra high-pressure foil into test method development, ultra-high pressure formed foil production process development and optimization.
