Aluminum electrolytic capacitors play the indispensable role in electronic circuit due to their particular performances. With the development of electronic machine and frequency conversion technology, the promising application of aluminum electrolytic capacitors in the fields such as mobile telecommunication, information technology, consumer electronics and electric vehicle have been attracting more and more attention throughout the world. In order to satisfy the high integrated requirements of electronic equipment, aluminum electrolytic capacitors are developing towards smaller volume, higher capacitance, lower cost and longer life. Anode aluminum foil is the key material for manufacturing aluminum electrolytic capacitors, and the size and application of aluminum electrolytic capacitor strongly depend on the properties of the anodic oxide film formed on which. Studies on the manufacture of high-performance anodic oxide film used for low-voltage aluminum electrolytic capacitor are essential in this dissertation. The soft AC-etched aluminum foil was identified as substrate material, the specific capacitance of aluminum foil was increased through two technologies, anodizing conditions were investigated to improve performances of Al-Ti composite oxide film, the characteristic of the withstanding voltage of anodic oxide film was discussed, and the hydration resistance of anodic oxide film was improved by new hydration resistance reagent. The important results and innovations are as follows:1. The test system was ascertained to measure the current-voltage characteristic of anodic oxide film, and the microstructure of anodic oxide film was denoted by measuring the sustainable voltage during field-assisted dissolution of film for the first time. The results show that the conductance characteristic of anodic oxide film can be imaged preferably through the current-voltage characteristic measured by MIE structure, and the contact electrolyte was based on ammonium adipate and ethylene glycol; the method of measuring the sustainable voltage during field-assisted dissolution of film has advantage in convenient operation and high efficiency, and it can easily present the microstructure of anodic oxide film.2.
