Now the urban rail transit project construction of our country is developing fast. There willbe grim problem of urban rail transit construction safety because of the high strength and fastspeed construction. According to the statistics and analysis of accidents in urban rail transitconstruction stage in past ten years, we can find that the accident frequency and number ofcasualties is at a high level and the occurrence of collapse is at the biggest proportion with54percents of the total number of accidents. So we must strengthen safety management of urbanrail transit project construction to prevent safety accidents and raise the safety level.On the basis of the subway construction safety evaluation standard and other relevantspecifications and the causes of the urban rail transit construction safety accidents, the safetyfactors in urban rail transit project construction stage are identified systematacially through thefive aspects of construction environment, construction technique, construction personnel andorganization, construction mechanical equipment and material, construction site management.There are a total of78index factors.According to the identified safety factors, we can set up the index system of safety factors.Through the triangular fuzzy AHP we can sort Index factors solely from the five aspects aboveand have the total ordering from the highest level. Then through analyzing the result of the sort,we can work out those index weight accumulated up to80%of construction environment,construction technique, construction personnel and organization, construction mechanicalequipment and material, construction site management. The factors of bad geological weaksurrounding rock, the palisade structure seepage, construction personnel illegal operations,construction machinery non-standard operations and the construction site safety rules andregulations implementation are respectively in the first place of the five aspects above.Accordingto the sorting result analysis, the corresponding safety management measures are put forwardwith special focus and aims.
