With the upgrading of China's economy,people's demand for living standards has gradually increased,and the city's infrastructure construction has undergone tremendous changes with these developments.Just as the golden age of urbanization in our country,all major cities have been greatly improved the urban infrastructure,this appearance also represents a substantial increase in our economic strength.However,at the same time,related issues are also gradually pouring out.Nanning Urban Rail Transit Card Project also encountered many problems in the process of construction.In order to improve the quality and effectiveness of the project's safety management,this article launched a related study.This paper studies the safety management of urban rail transit projects in Nanning,and analyzes the safety management related issues that existed in the project by using the methods of analytic hierarchy process and qualitative analysis.The project's safety management issues were affected by external environmental factors including construction policy changes?the project's own management factors?safety training and education etc.Among the factors that affected the policy were the main factors related to the policy and construction external environmental factors.Based on the analysis of the problems and relevant influencing factors,the "3E" countermeasure theory combined with the PDCA cycle was used to optimize the safety management issues in the project.It was concluded that safety management,safety management,safety management The improvement of education and training level improves the quality of safety management as a whole;afterwards,the PDCA cycle method is used to improve the results for each small project or small part of the entire large project.
