According to China’s actual situation in northern cold region, in order to solvethe problem of winter heating in cold climate circumstances, this paper present a kindof cogeneration solar energy storage floor radiation heating and power system. Inorder to make solar energy effective utilization and transformation, this paper willcombine low temperature radiant floor heating system together with phase changethermal storage, the phase change material is encapsulated in a closed unitcontainerand it is used for floor structure component.The experimental demonstratesthe feasibility, energy saving and comfort of the system. The system operation modeand operation control are introduced, on the basis of theoretical analysis the papercontributed to equipment selectionand built a radiant floor heating experimentplatform, analyzed the temperature field change relation within the floor and the floorsurface temperature changes, stated the system feasibility and energy-savingperformance.Combined with the experimental data, this paper discussed the water temperature,water flow rate effect on the floor surface temperature distribution, the highertemperature of the intlet water, the higher temperature of the floor surface; the lowertemperature of the intlet water, the lower temperature of the floor surface. The greaterflow rate of the intlet water, the smaller temperature difference between inlet andoutlet water flow; the smaller flow rate of the intlet water, the biger temperaturedifference between inlet and outlet water flow, we can regulate the opening of theinterior valve, which can control the indoor temperature. In the Exothermic process,the floor surface temperature change rate is not big, system sustained release heatingfor indoor more than9hours after8hours heat water supply, this paper providespractical engineer application with the basis. In this paper radiant floor heatingsystem’s advantages has showed, the average floor surface temperature change moreslowly, indoor environment temperature change is not fierce, The system meet theneeds of indoor heating and reach the design requirement.
