Based on the present developing situation and plugging control characteristic of Jiangsu oil field Zhou 43 fault block, the water medium dispersible type polyacrylamide emulsion was used as main agent, and the water soluble phenol formaldehyde resin was used as crosslinker. A novel oilwater based instant dissolving profile control system was prapared which is friendly to the environment. The particle shape of the emulsion and the dissolving process were observe by XS-212 optical microscope,and insant dissolving mechanism was analyzed. From the lab experiment, we can conclude that at normal temperature the emulsion could dissolved at about 15~20 min. The gelling time and gell strength were as the main evaluated index, by Compartition of Gel Strength, BV value device and viscosity measurement. The gelling time could be change between 3~7d and the gel strength is controllable. Investigate the effect of polymer concentration, crosslinker concentration, temperature, salinity and pH value on the performance of the profile control system. The plugging control system was evaluated by sand packed model and microscopic displacement test, and analyzed the microscopic displacement mechanism. After scouring 30 PV, the plugging rate is also more than 90%. This technology has been used in-situ test procedure since May,16 th,2011 and 4 wells have been tested. Until September 10 th, 2013, accumulation of oil has increased by 1195 t and decreased water production by 12030 t. Comprehensive water percent of 3 effective wells have decreased from 92.5% before measuring to 61.5%, 93.7% to 39.1%,80% to 50%.The effect to decrease water percent is obvious.
