At present, in the late stage of water flooding in Daqing oil field, it is more and more difficult to mine crude oil. Aiming at the rise of water content and the decline of oil production; we develop the ASP flooding technology. In the process of injecting the compound system, the injection pressure is high, and the flow distribution is intricacy when the fluid flowing through the injection allocation device. When the fluid flowing through the injection allocation device, the shear action will sharply reduce the concentration, which influences the development effect. The higher injection pressure, the stronger shear degree of the compound system is. But if the pressure is low, the production condition cannot be satisfied. Hence, the main goal for keeping sufficient injection pressure and smaller viscosity losses is to find the optimal state when the fluid flowing through the injection allocation device, which will make the viscosity loss and the pressure loss reaching a certain level of balance. In this paper, the effect of solution concentration, molecular weight and flow rate on the molecular aggregation shape in the process of alkaline/surfactant/polymer solution flowing through the partial pressure injection tool was analyzed by Scanning Electron Microscope. CFD software is used to analyze the flow distribution of pressure injection tools with different structures, according to the distribution of velocity field, pressure field and turbulent kinetic energy fluid. We can determine the change trend of pressure and viscosity when the fluid flow through the depressurizing channel, and choose the partial pressure injection tool which is suitable for use in oil field. Aiming at the selected streamline depressurizing channel and basing on four structure parameters, we can design reasonable orthogonal experiments and select the optimal size of depressurizing channel under the condition of the flow rate of 50m3/d, the pressure differential 1.5MPa, which is useful for selecting partial pressure injection tool in oil field.
