Land use/land cover change is an important cause of global environmental change, with the rapid social and economic development, human beings have dramatically increasing demands for resources, leading to large-scale land development, which brought a lot of ecological and environmental problems, causing development dilemma in many areas. Based on RS and GIS technology, with the 1992,2004,2014 landsat imagery of Shenyang, we interpreted and extracted land use information, we also collected land use change statistics. We associate the land use change with land ecosystem service value, get the corresponding land ecosystem with land type, we analyze the Shenyang land ecosystem service value temporal and spatial changes, lastly of the driving factors of the service value changes of land ecosystem were discussed. Finally, some suggestions were proposed based on rational land use development status and research results, for the purposes of providing a reference for promoting the Shenyang in constructing ecological environment. Research indicates:(1) From the land use change time perspective, farmland, woodland and construction land are the land use types that varied relatively large, from 1992 to 2004, construction land increased 46719.15 hm2, farmland decreased 24465.00 hm2, woodland decreased relatively large, total decreased 11673.30 hm2 in the past twelve years; from 1992 to 2004, farmland decreased 18768.15 hm2, construction land increased continuously trend, increased 28798.80 hm2 in the past ten years, the ration of increased has slowed compared with 1992 to 2004. From the space view, the regional land use had changed, the biggest change is Shenbei and Hunnan new district, from 1992 to 2004, farmland of Shenbei new district decreased 3294.12 hm2, woodland decreased 1098.12 hm2, construction land increased 4392.35 hm2; farmland of Hunnan new district decreased 5478.87 hm2, woodland decreased 2739.12 hm2, construction land increased 10956.36 hm2; from 2004 to 2014, Shenbei new disttrict changed more intensely, farmland of Shenbei new district decreased 12078.45 hm2, construction land increased 14274.28 hm2. Overall, land use types mainly convert from farmland to construction land, indicating that Shenyang city in rapid development stage.(2) The change of land use also resulted in that the land ecosystem service value of Shenyang city has changed dramatically. From the time perspective, Shenyang land ecosystem services value decreased 0.553 billion yuan from 1992 to 2004; the decline was 1.052 billion yuan from 1992 to 2004, in addition to the value of land for construction land has been diminishing, the rest are showing fluctuating trend. From the space view, among which Shenbei has the largest decrease, from 1992 to 2004 a total decrease of 186 million yuan; the rate of decrease of Hunnan new district follows Shenbei new district; change of Yuhong and Sujiatun district land ecosystems service value have no big difference, respectively decreased 0.097 billion yuan and 0.099 billion yuan; from 2004 to 2014, the land ecosystems service value of Shenbei new district and Hunnan new district varied relatively large, respectively decreased 0.367 billion yuan and 0.336 billion yuan; the center city varied less; Yuhong and Sujiatun district respectively decreased 0.179 billion yuan and 0.166 billion yuan. The main reason is that the land use type which has a positive effect for land ecosystem service value is reducing, but the construction land which has a negative effect is increasing.(3) Shenyang land ecosystems service value was not only related to the land use change, but also affected by natural factors and human factors, population growth, economic development, policy formulation were also inignorable factors leading to land ecosystems service value change in Shenyang.
