Pomegranate is not only a popular fruit, which are pomegranate commonly used herbs in peel and seeds in Xinjiang. Xinjiang Kashgar sweet and sour pomegranate was used as the research object,which were provided to Xinjiang green fruit industry. The extraction technology of main active ingredient on total flavonoids in sweet and sour pomegranate peel and seeds were studied. The main research contents and results are as follows:1.Best extraction technology conditions of the extraction sweet and sour pomegranate peel on total flavonoids amount is as follows:(1) Ethanol concentration is 48.96%, ratio of solid to liquid is21.41g/mL,ultrasonic temperature is 55℃, time is 20 min, ultrasonic power is 240 W,microwave power is 411.10 W, microwave radiation time is 41.15 s. This can be obtained under the conditions of total flavonoids of sour pomegranate peel extract average weight is 111.61mg/g.(2) Ethanol concentration is 50.78%, ratio of solid to liquid is1:26.13g/mL,ultrasonic temperature is 65 ℃, time is 25 min, ultrasonic power is240 W,microwave power is 492.94 W, microwave radiation time is 40.8s. This can be obtained under the conditions of total flavonoids of sweet pomegranate peel extract average weight is 100.19mg/g.2. Best extraction technology conditions of the extraction sweet and sour pomegranate seed on total flavonoids amount is as follows:(1) Ethanol concentration is 56.09%, ratio of solid to liquid is1:23.45g/mL,ultrasonic temperature is 65 ℃, time is 30 min, ultrasonic power is240 W, microwave power is 424.56 W, microwave radiation time is 39.94 s. This can be obtained under the conditions of total flavonoids of sour pomegranate seed extract average weight is 14.77mg/g.(2) Ethanol concentration is 52.35%, ratio of solid to liquid is 1:25.58g/mL,ultrasonic temperature is 65℃, time is 30 min, ultrasonic power is 240 W, microwave radiation time is 47.87 s, microwave power is 493.34 W. This can be obtained underthe conditions of total flavonoids of sour pomegranate seed extract average weight is 12.55mg/g.
