In the current world oil production,80%of oil production is used mechanical.most of the eastern oilfield get to last stage of exploitation, there is a series production problems, As the oilfield develop, such as water injection and polymer injection and so on, much problem have to be faced. The most problem is side wear.There are many factors, such as the dogleg trajectory angle, rising water content, oil wax, produced fluid containing corrosive chemicals, and so on Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research, one way is develop new technology to prolong check period. Another way is to develop new materials, new Centralizer. It can make tubing uniform wear. How to reduce the chance of contact with the tubing sucker, researchers mainly by adding stabilizer bar to the bottom of the well or pipe coating technology, how effectively add centralizer, there isn’t formed mature theory.In this paper, three-dimensional micro-mechanical element analysis are adopted, force field downhole are researched. Considered the role of the wellbore fluid resistance, and fitted well trajectory. Writed software suit for Huanxiling oil wells. The software calculated one Huanxiling oil field well performed data, It calculated centralizers mounting position when low water conditions, the results coincide with the original design fields, and it calculated numbers under conditions of high water. It can guid the installation of underground work site centralizer. The main findings are as follows:(1) Three-dimensional micro-mechanical element analysis are adopted, Microelement mechanics are researched.(2) Fluid resistance model are established. Loss of resistance along the way and local resistance as area changed are researched.(3) Inclination and dogleg model are established. calculated the deflection changes under neutral.(4) Interpolated the trajectory of wellbore. Recurrence relation are researched.(5) Wrote software for Huanxiling Oilfield well according to the characteristical.Calculated the numbers and positions of centralizer.
