Entrepreneurs Traits, Entrepreneurial Environment Impact Studies On Entrepreneurial Intentions

Running a business can bring economic factors such as employment, export and new market. Entrepreneurial actions are based on entrepreneurial intention, at the same time; entrepreneurial intention is influenced by multiple factors. Thus, with increasing attention are paid on entrepreneurial problems, researches concerned with entrepreneurial intention influential factors are also became focus.In this paper, we introduce entrepreneurial intention influential factors on account of entrepreneur characteristics, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial opportunities. Entrepreneurial intention’s influence factors from entrepreneur characteristics, entrepreneurial environment, entrepreneurial opportunities by literature research. There are mainly get entrepreneur characteristics divided into sensitivity、entrepreneurial knowledge and cognitive style; entrepreneurial environment divided into financial、education、 government policy and market environment;entrepreneurial opportunities divided into richness、definition and opportunity recognition. On this basis, paper take entrepreneurial intention intend as response variable to measure entrepreneur’s subjective choice. Then, the paper selects entrepreneurial opportunities as intervening variable between entrepreneur characteristics and entrepreneurial intention, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial intention, and put forward the concept model. After analyze the relationship on the variables in detail, the paper puts forward the research hypothesis and forms an empirical model.Firstly, through the independent-sample T test, reliability analysis, validity analysis picks up factors from entrepreneur characteristics, entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial opportunities. Then, through the, the paper by using the structural equation model (SEM) to get confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) in order to analysis each key variable. From this way, the paper verifies the research hypothesis and empirical model. According to the test results to correct the model to make the model have reached a reasonable standard. The empirical results show that the influence between entrepreneur characteristics and entrepreneurial opportunities; entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial opportunities; entrepreneur characteristics and entrepreneurial intention; entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial intention is significant; entrepreneurial opportunities is intermediate variable between entrepreneur characteristics and entrepreneurial intention; entrepreneurial environment and entrepreneurial intention. Through the results discussed the paper hope to produce positive influence for potential entrepreneurs. Then, the paper can provide policy suggestions for our country.
