Research On The Interaction Between The Development Of Creative Industries And Regional Economic Transformation

The creative industry is a relatively new concept of economic, no matter on the regional economic growth mode transformation, industrial restructuring and upgrading, or higher level of economic, social, cultural, environmental coordination and sustainable development has positive effect, and thus the creative industries become a focus of attention of the government, academia and the corporate under the background of the regional economic transformation trends. This paper is based on the related theory and practice of the creative industry and regional economic transformation at home and abroad, and on the basis of interactive evolutionary perspective to explore the interaction relationship and the mechanism between of the development of creative industries and regional economic transformation, and Zhejiang Province as a case was verified, coming up with the following conclusions:First of all, the creative industries connotation of stimulating economic growth in the transformation means a new core element of growth arising, and the cultural creativity gradually becomes one of the economic engines to keep pace with technological innovation. Mechanism that lies in the creative industries is that the creative elements could promote the material elements to regroup, and enhance the innovation capacity of the economic system, while improving the elements of quality and efficiency in the use of total factor productivity, which greatly enhance the formation of endogenous economic growth. This coincides with the goal of regional economic restructuring and path selection, which forms the basis of the interaction between the two.Second, the development of creative industries and regional economic transformation has many similar values, significant coupling, is an interactive development relationship:the one hand, the creative industries, which is likely to boost regional economic growth, strengthen regional competition advantages to promote the coordinated development of regional economy and society, and many other features, has become the new engine of regional economic transformation; On the other hand, the resources and the environment is more and more difficult to support the traditional mode of economic growth, coupled with rising costs, lack of external demand and other factors, an urgent need to make regional economic transformation, new drive elements, the development of high value-added industries, which are bound to catalyze the development of creative industries.Again, from the perspective of the evolution, this paper demonstrates the mechanism of the interaction between the development of creative industries and regional economic transformation. First, the internal mechanism of the regional economic transformation brought the development of creative industries can be summed up as "a core event, four major trends, two paths"; Second, the creative industries to promote regional economic transformation is mainly due to three mechanisms, one is the introduction of creative elements of the growth mechanism (dynamic mechanism), the second is the knowledge of the creative industries overflow mechanism (industry related mechanisms); creative industries cluster self-organizing mechanisms (innovative mechanisms); in addition, the bidirectional causality between the development of the creative industries and regional economic transformation is significant, as well as the formation of a specific industry organizations and regional environmental co-evolution of interactive mechanisms.Finally, in Zhejiang Province, the empirical results show that the development of cultural and creative industries there are interactive relationship with Zhejiang’s economic transformation and in the regional center of the city is far more dramatic. Policy recommendations, the development of cultural and creative industries in Zhejiang rendering "government-led, top-heavy, a city of the dominant" characteristics, it is recommended that Zhejiang re-positioning of strategic initiatives on the development of cultural and creative industries, and then planning to establish a full range of diverse, three-dimensional development of cultural and creative industries policy measures system. In addition, from a business perspective analysis of Zhejiang private enterprises to invest in the feasibility of the cultural and creative industries, and points out that the development of cultural and creative industries is one of the important strategic choice of the transformation and upgrading of private enterprises in Zhejiang.
