An Innovation Study Of Urban Transformation Based On Integrative Development Of Tourism And Cultural Creative Industries

Based on theory of new public management, industrial integration, tourism experience and cultural productivity, this paper outlined and analyzed urban transformation of Zaozhuang City by industrial integration between tourism industry and cultural creative industry with the basis of Taierzhuang ancient city reconstruction. From the perspective of intrinsic motivation, opportunity of industry policy and alternative industry, urban transformation is considered as strategic goals of industrial integration. By analysing resources, values and conditions of industrial integration and ancient city reconstruction, the basis of project selection of Taierzhuang ancient city was established. According to the first hand materials, the practice of Taierzhuang ancient city reconstruction were outlined as protection of history and culture, respect to history and culture and adapt to industry development. From the perspective of industrial integration, Government-led symbiotic integration mode of T&C (Tourism Industry and Cultural and Creative Industry) and Path analysis of project to promote urban transformation through vertical management by government were deduced by analysing practice of Zaozhuang city.Government-led symbiotic integration mode of T&C:promoting integration of tourism industry and cultural and creative industry from the very beginning of industry development through strategic plan of government resulted in relationship of symbiotic integration of T&C,and specific performance as space symbiosis, product symbiosis and market symbiosis.Path analysis of project to promote urban transformation:first of all, determine the strategic goal of urban transformation and industrial restructure, select tourism industry and cultural and creative industry as alternative industry, select Taierzhuang ancient city reconstruction as key project; then, based on the success of Taierzhuang ancient city reconstruction, integration of T&C was promoted, and economic structure of Zaozhuang city was adjustment, and the strategic goal of urban transformation was achieved.The mode and path which deduced based on Taierzhuang ancient city reconstruction project in the process of urban transformation of Zaozhuang City have important theoretical and practical significance. However, this paper does not give answer to whether and on what conditions the mode and path could be applied in other cities, which need further research by comparing different cases.
