Our Public Libraries Free Open Research Questions

In2011the first part of the free service of Public Library policy had been open.This is a pioneering work in the construction of public library cause in our country’shistory， but in public libraries and seriously implement the central government aboutthe free opening of the public library service policy， still faces many difficulties.Because the public welfare， dependence of public library， public library is open freeto service must rely on the government and social forces can ensure the smoothimplementation of the long-term research， problem， so the free opening of the publiclibrary service to the government， economy， and even the library internal innovationand guarantee the free opening of the public library service， have very importantsignificance for the development of public libraries.This article uses the literature research， theory with practice and other methods，on the free opening of the public library services， the existing problems of publiclibrary policy implementation， and itself is free and open to the service control areanalyzed， and tries to put forward some suggestion sand improvement of serviceinnovation is free and open to the public library from the aspects of theory and practice.
