The Design And Implementation Of College Student File Management Information Based On SSH

College student file information management is an important work for the collegestudent management. It is also very important to the holistic construction of school. With thedeepening of China’s education reform, education information has received the widespreadattention. Along with the continuous expansion of colleges and universities, the number ofstudents is constantly expanding. This is a pressing problem facing college that how to carryon the student management in scientific way. The Management of student file information notonly can promote the improvement of the school’s teaching and it also can achieve schoolmanagement technology. Therefore, it’s a problem needed to be solved urgently which isdeveloping a science student file information management system, helping the college tomanage student file information. File management work in colleges and universities is animportant part of student work. With the development of information technology, the studentfile information management also should keep pace with time, so student file need efficientinformation managementBy practical investigation and research of the university student file informationmanagement system, we design a set of student file management system based on B/S mode.It can greatly improve the management of student file information in scientific and reasonableway to reduce possible error and the problem of inaccurate information caused by the manualmanagement. This paper analyzes the current network system of B/S structure mode andadopts J2EE architecture in the whole system. It introduces in detail the technical features,and analyzes implementation process of development system based on J2EE framework. Theentire system uses a SSH framework to design and implement the framework of the system.Based on the existing construction and deployment of campus network system, this systemgreatly reduces the cost of system operation and maintenance. It can use existing resources ofthe school in greatest extent and achieve the reasonable arrangement of resource. In this paper,the feasibility of the system is analyzed in detail. It’s feasible in the hardware, technique,maintenance and other aspects of this system. This paper summarizes business requirement, functional requirement and performance requirement of the student file informationmanagement system in detail, and implements the student file information managementBased on the requirement analysis, system development adopts the schema of modulardesign. System tests the function of each module, including system load and capacity ofsystem concurrency. By the test, we give detailed system design of each function module.Through the function test, we verify the performance of function modules.Based on the background of university information management, we design andimplement the student file information management system for the student informationscientific management. In the specific application, the system has achieved a certain effect,achieve the expected goal.
