Therefore, various colleges and universities to develop management information system, Sichuan University of Media and Communications management information system is in order to facilitate the overall management of student and independent software system.Sichuan University of Media and Communications student information management system is a comprehensive management, management science, information science, system science and computer technology and other scientific and integrated as a whole. In this paper, we apply the latest computer software engineering and information technology, development, the demand for information technology and education management according to the practical, fast, accurate, safe, open, simple, easy to operate the principle. The system is based on the campus network, adopt two layer architecture model of mixed application of C/S and based on B/S architecture, using UML modeling language for the description of needs analysis, using the Windows XP platform, Microsoft SQLServer2005 database, Eclipse as the client development tool. The system has a reasonable structure, advanced performance, improve the application level of the whole software system.In this paper, the actual situation of Sichuan University of Media and Communications management, from the user’s point of view, the system is divided into teachers, students, administrators of three modules, the use of object-oriented technology, the performance of the system complete, curriculum management system needs analysis, design and implementation, to solve the repair information, query results, query results. In order to meet the administrative office automation education needs, improve work efficiency.
