With the high speed development of computer technology, microelectronicstechnology, digital image processing technology, digital video compressiontechnology, network communication technology, the intelligent mobile phonewith Android/IOS operating system has been more and more popular, and thecomputer machine vision based on OpenCV has been widely used in commerce.The trends of video surveillance technology are transferring to be networking,intelligent, mobile.After studying the current situation of the development and the futuredevelopment trend of video surveillance system, the paper designs andimplements a mobile intelligent video surveillance system based on embeddedsystem and OpenCV.Firstly, it sets up the software and hardware development platform,hardware development platform uses OK6410embedded development boardwhich runs embedded Linux operating system, it is equipped with theARM11-S3C6410processor, the peripheral hardware circuit and interface.Irealize connection between the camera, GPRS wireless module, TP-LINKwireless router, XiaoMi mobile phone and the embedded development board.Software development platform uses the Linux operating system,I build thecross compiler environment, and the OpenCV and the VS2010developmentenvironment.Secondly, it completes the design and development of the applicationsoftware of intelligent mobile video surveillance systems, it uses the OpenCVopen source visual library to achieve the intrusion detection, and realizes savingthe image containing intrusion detection and sending alarm messages, so as torealize the intelligent of the system. it completes acquisition, compression andtransmission of the video data, and realizes displaying real-time video on theintelligent mobile phone, so as to realize the mobile of the system.Finally, the system is tested, the test results show that the system has realized the functions of intrusion detection, message alarming, and picture ofvideo displaying on the intelligent mobile phone, and the operation is stable andreliable, the system achieves the expected goal.
