The current society is a digital, highly developed information society, people become more and more widespread transmission of information via the Internet. A total of1.3billion Chinese people, as of the end of March2013, the country registered Weibo has536million accounts. Because large user base, and convenient way to communicate information, rapid information dissemination speed, extensive information influence, Microblogging in the dissemination of information bring people more convenience, but also to spread negative information business opportunities. Meat is closely linked with agricultural people, any information on food safety issues spread through microblogging will bring vast influence public opinion on business. To help meat companies in the face of public opinion during the network survive, rebuild public good image, it is necessary to make a dedicated crisis early warning system network public opinion on meat meat business enterprise, helping businesses find public hot opinion, do the warning and take action.This thesis can be divided into five steps:the first step, introduced the relevant concepts, define the relationship micro-blog communication, network public opinion crisis, micro-blog communication and network public opinion crisis, as well as the theory of network warning warning. The second step analyzes the concept of microblogging environment and the meat production corporate network public opinion crisis, meat production consumption problems and the reasons for the meat production business network public opinion crisis. The third step is to build the meat production companies to build early warning indicator system microblogging propagation environment, the BP neural network model and index system are combined to build the number of model for the next crisis warning microblogging environment. The fourth step of the process with real enterprises to cope with events of meat XX company. The fifth step, made the microblogging propagation environment, meat and how companies deal with the crisis early warning network, and reflect on the inadequacies of the model.There are two innovations in this paper:1On the basis of previous studies, combined with the method of quantitative statistics and qualitative analysis phase, to build the index system of meat products enterprise network public opinion crisis early warning based on micro-blog environment.So the network public opinion crisis early warning index system research is also meaningful.2Based on the crisis early warning index system of meat products production enterprise network public opinion, Using BP neural network construct the network public opinion crisis early warning model, the artificial network model is applied to the field of network public opinion meat products company. It has the innovation in the application scope, expanding the scope of the use of artificial neural network, to further explore the research ideas in public opinion monitoring of the agricultural informatization. Meat products Enterprise Forewarning is public opinion monitoring "thermometer barometer", is of great significance to safeguard the healthy and stable development of enterprises. In this paper, it make a study on the index system of the crisis early warning in meat product enterprise, and early warning methods to make interesting exploration. So it has the certain reference significance.
