As the commonly used equipment in people’s work and life, the human-computer interactive product through manual manipulation plays a very important role. As the growing up of the generation after80s and90s, China entered the history of the third consumption peak; the consumption structure also witnessed its historical changes along with the changes of consumption habits of the generation after80s and90s. Quantitatively, the number of consumer groups of the generation after80s and90s has amounted to more than300million with a huge potential [1]. In terms of consumer electronics products, the main body of consumption is the new grown up generation, who are more willing to buy products that can bring much more pleasure. As a popular and high manual manipulated product, which is frequently used, the mouse changes a lot in the design of the research and development. The acceleration of the development of science and technology development has verified on the little mouse. The consumer electronics giants put into the field of design research and development of the mouse, making the small product an important human-computer interaction product in people’s experience of electronics. But how to develop successful human-computer interactive products? This worries enterprises as always. So people has done very fine and thorough research and discussion. At the early stage of product development activities, it is crucial to formulate and make a perfect design specification. And choosing the most suitable products in many solutions is also a very difficult task. Mistakes in decision-making is apt to lose. Because the fickle market blurs the people to evaluate whether a product quality is standard or not. For a long time, people always try to summarize some standards for the appraisal of existing products or to use them to measure the feasibility of the concept."Design driven innovation", in the north of Italy Lombardy area, a lot of companies such as Alaixys, such as lamp manufacturer Flores and Artemide, furniture maker Kartell and so on, which constitute a design circle, their products have distinct characteristics, such as the Kartell have a name "bookworm" bookshelf products, it can be bended into their desired shape according to customer’s willingness; the Mead Corporation invented a invisible light, it is issued by the color light from the environment, and it can let a room owners on the basis of mood change light with remote control. The successful experience of Lombardy design circle helps us to think about how to design a great inspiration. The innovation of the products, is to design innovation, design innovation lies in the innovation design methods, design process, in this paper, the mouse of human-computer interaction is the breakthrough point, to promote the development of the product design evaluation, product design deeply, use of cognitive psychology, product semantics, art design, value engineering and other related theories, from product easy to use and easy to understand as the analysis point of view, research the product design evaluation system, and to design evaluation method design practice of. This center is"to guide product design with the product design evaluation", core content is to create evaluation system, evaluation of product design in finding the problem and design of the keyword, and through the evaluation to promote the design of perfection. Starting from the design model of the mouse, the design flow process as the research object, use, cognitive psychology, art design, product semantics theory, the design model of the mouse, in combination with the design psychology and product semantics is easy to understand and usability analysis and study, the design program and man-machine engineering theory and method, formed a set of effective guidance model mouse products from design to the design practice of preliminary design, form an effective evaluation method to guide design perfect. Indicates that the theoretical research and practical application, a set of effective design evaluation method, the interactive products (such as a mouse) design and development has a positive role.Focus on the task design and evaluation method of human-computer interaction in mouse, from the concrete to the abstract, the abstract and specific instructions, start by comparing the products of case analysis, design method and evaluation of human-computer interaction method of the mouse performance expression, and seek common ground while reserving differences, summarized the rules, construct a theoretical framework, theoretical framework and finally the use of the design practice.Through evaluation,to compare analysis step by step, to study different products in the ease of use and easy to understand the advantages and disadvantages of deepening its ease of use, and easy to understand, aspects of product design to product, to remove interfering factors, to deconstruct "design with the user’s experience as the center" under the direction of thinking in product design, setting three dimensional contrast analysis between the standard, measurement of gain and loss, is pointed to the final design’s development and key concepts. The design concept and then through the layers of analysis of propulsion is pushed,to study on the effect of different technical conditions on product modeling, and then combining with analytical evaluation results, is pointed to other details of the design characteristics of the final reasonable. This paper will describe the design, from the evaluation to design thinking and method. Theoretical research and practical application shows that a series of evaluation methods that are helpful to the manual-manipulated products have a positive effect on the research and development of the human-computer interactive product.
