Customer Relationship Management (CRM-Customer Relationship Management), is an inevitable requirement for enterprise to enhance enterprise competitiveness, and increase business value in the age of network. It is a method on the management philosophy, but also a set of achievable application technology system, which aims to establish an information office systems, so that the enterprises can make customer service, market competition, sales and support coordination with each other to form a new relationship model for enterprise and bring long-term competitive advantage.This topic is to research,development and achieve a lightweight CRM system according to the situation of Three education software co.ltd. Which is on the basis of basic education information system service.The main objective of the system is to maintain and manage customer-related information,accelerate intelligence sharing within the enterprise,optimize sales program development process,to help companies achieve better and higher sales goals through a set of B/S structure of WEB application.After.the release of the Company’s existing educational software sharp sales process for research, first sort out the functional requirements and performance requirements of the CRM system, and determine the technical route, including system development and implementation process of the development of the language used, the system uses server, database models and systems technology framework used by the system used.After determining the demand for system design, the main points of which are two parts: summary design and detailed design. Summary of design, including module division. Detailed design, including database design, module specific functional design, interface design. At the same time introduce appropriate technologies involved in the project:J2EE technologies, MVC design pattern, JBoss AS7server, Spring MVC framework and CAS single sign-on technology.By using this system, the company managers can view real-time customer information and sales activity information in a timely manner for future sales activities of planning, sales staff can obtain information on other salespeople selling activities carried out in the first time and obtained intelligence, reducing the time needed for intelligence sharing.
