With the continuous progress of Company network technology and the fast development of Enterprise informatization, more and more enterprises use network video conference to organize the company’s inside and outside communication, study and plan works. On one hand, adopting network video conference brings convenience to the enterprises. On the other hand, it also increases the troubles for the cost input and the maintenance of equipment. So looking for a low price, new and steady network video conference system which is easily to use have been the enterprises’ first choice.This thesis makes analysis for the current situation of network video technology in and abroad, and briefly introduce this technology’s relevant architecture, key technology and business mode. By researching, I analyze and compare all kinds of video conferences’advantages and disadvantages. I have made some analysis and description of the video conference system’s key technology, which mainly include steaming media technology, transport protocols, JXTA (juxtapose) platform framework, WebRTC (Web Real-Time Communication) technology and HTML5(Hypertext Markup Language5) technology. It makes some analysis of system requirements towards video conference system, explains the system’s design purpose and functional outline, design the system’s overall structure and working process and finally implement the video conference system. This system include three parts-database, server and browser client-side. The database offer the background data supporter for the whole system’s operation; system server control the module and offer all kinds of operating information and data; system browser client-side receive the information and data from the system server and finish the operation for the video conference. This thesis make the description for the system’s typical and practical application environment, demonstrate the system’s application effect and test the video conference’s performance.This thesis design and implement the video conference system based on JXTA and WebRTC. This system adopts the accelerating and encrypting technology in the transport module, which is not only supply the basic demand for the enterprises’ video conference, but also can be used conveniently and effectively. Besides, it also doesn’t need to pay very high money to buy the hardware. So it is offer a very effective technological method to solve the stability and safety when the network video conference system is working.
