The Knowledge Services Model Of The University’s Library Based On Crowd-sourcing

The knowledge services model of the university library is a hot spot in thelibrary-information circle. With the development of the internet and mobile internet, socialnetworking is becoming mature and internet information services are turning easier, moreinteractive and intelligent, we have met the time of mass content production. With the help ofcrowd-sourcing and user’s wisdom solving the problem of the knowledge services model,building the new model on crowd-sourcing.(1) firstly introduce the research background, significance, content and trail of thought,raise the main problem and research results of scholars at home and abroad to define thedirection of research.(2)introduce the main knowledge services models specifically including knowledgeservices of subject librarian, virtual reference service and personalized knowledge service.Analyze the problem of each model, including dispersed retrieving, closed service processand insufficient user original content. And the interaction between each model is poor.(3)with these problem, raise the idea of crowd-sourcing’s application in knowledgeservices model problem.(4)with the idea above, analyze the parts of the model one by one and raiseimplementation strategy.(5)according to the example of the Wiley Online Library, analyze the application modeof crowd-sourcing and points for attention for us.(6)summarize the paper content,creating points and shortage of the paper, then point outthe next work of the research.
