With the rapid development of emerging information technologies such as mobile Internet,5G,artificial intelligence, and big data, users' knowledge receiv-ing and using habits have undergone tremendous changes.Users desperately ne-ed to obtain higher cost-effective knowledge in a limited time, and people's habit of acquiring knowledge is becoming more and more fragmented and diversified. In order to cater to these needs of users, the Internet knowledge payment industry came into being, and has always maintained a strong development momentum.Since 2015,the scale of China's knowledge payment market has continued to grow, and a number of phenomenon-level knowledge payment prod-ucts have emerged, which has caused a great impact on the traditional publish-ing industry that has long specialized in knowledge production and disseminati-on.Exploring the transformation of knowledge services in the publishing indus-try from the perspective of knowledge payment is beneficial to learn from the development experience of the knowledge payment industry on the Internet,in-depth analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of traditional publishing in the transformation of knowledge services, thus prompting the publishing industr-y to better develop knowledge services.First of all, through the survey on the media usage of user knowledge ser-vices,master the first-hand information of user knowledge needs. At the same time,it analyzes the necessity of carrying out knowledge service for professio-nal book publishing in China.Secondly,it summarizes the development status of China's professional book publishing knowledge service from four aspects: development process, development characteristics, basic model and case analysis. Finally, relying on the knowledge transfer efficiency theory and Levinson's humanized media evolution theory, the problems and corresponding developments in the process of developing knowledge services in China's professional book publishing are analyzed from four aspects: consciousness, content, technology, and profit.Strategy, and put forward the future development direction of the in-tegration,mobility and humanization of knowledge services. There are two innovations in this study: One is theoretical innovation.Thi-s study combines knowledge transfer efficiency theory and Levinson's humaniz-ed trend media evolution theory to study professional book publishing knowledge services. It is proposed that professional book publishing should take users as the core, compensate for the deficiencies of old media through various pat-hs,and adapt to users Demand, and develop humanized services. The second is the innovation of research methods. This research uses a combination of que-stionnaire survey and unstructured interviews, with the theme of "Media Surve-y of User Knowledge Services",focusing on the user's knowledge service needs, such as scenes, time, platforms, tools, willingness to pay, etc.,from The us-er perspective provides a basis for the development of knowledge services for professional book publishing. From the perspective of knowledge payment, how to promote the indepth integration of traditional publishing and emerging publishing, and give full play to the content advantages of traditional publishing and the technology and user advantages of emerging publishing is an important issue in the transformati-on of professional book publishing to knowledge services. This research can p-rovide practical significance for professional book publishing to give full play to its resource advantages by exploring the development strategy of professional book publishing to knowledge service. At the same time, through empirical research to provide a certain user research basis for the transformation of profe-ssional book publishing knowledge services. At the same time,it makes up for the shortcomings of existing academic research from a new theoretical persp-ective and has certain theoretical significance.
