With The Implementation Of Primary School Teaching Equipment Management System Design

With increase of the investment in basic education, the procurement of teachinginstrument and equipment in primary school is growing constantly. Therefore, thehardware of the primary school is improved and the management of primary schoolteaching instrument and equipment is facing new challenges at the same time. Atpresent, the teaching instruments and equipment are purchased and managed by theeducational research group in most primary school and the management of teachinginstruments and equipment are relied on manual recording paper registration. Moreover,the jobs of the manager are constantly changed, so the teaching instruments andequipment can not get effective management and maintenance. Only a handful ofschools use the computer management mode, but a lot of these management systems arenot developed aimed at primary school. Therefore, a series of problems appeared in theuse of system, such as repeat purchase, low utilization rate, badly damage and so on.Therefore, it is necessary to apply the computer technology into the management. It hasimportant significance for improving the management and service of the primaryschool.Based on this research background, the primary school teaching instruments andequipment management system is studied in this paper and the unified management ofteaching instruments and equipment resource is completed. In terms of system analysis,the system is analyzed and designed from the perspective of software engineering,requirements analysis, the function of the system structure, system process and databasedesign and so on. The integrated management of primary school teaching instrumentsand equipment is realized ultimately. This paper uses the object-oriented technology, C#language and SQL2008and so on. It designed the functional modules of the system.Finally, the paper makes use of black box testing method in software engineering to testthe modules of the system, such as the login module, device management module, querymodule and so on. This system not only realizes the integrated management ofequipment resources, expands the scope of teaching instruments and equipment sharing,but also promotes the flow of teaching instruments and equipment in differentdisciplines and avoids repeat purchase.Through this research, primary school teaching equipment management system is designed and developed. It effectively achieves the sharing of teaching instrument andequipment resources in the range of the whole school and effectively changes a series ofproblems in the current equipment management in teaching process, such as difficultmaintenance, repeat purchase and so on. It has a certain reference value to improve thelevel of primary school teaching instruments and equipment management.
