As all we know, financial services are closely related to our daily life. In recentyears, ATM machine has been used widely because it’s efficient and convenient.Department of Monetary gold and silver at the People’s Bank of China, NanjingBranch has promulgated on October24,2011, that the quantity of ATM machine inchina is more than271000sets. For these huge numbers of ATM machines, theapplication software systems in these ATM machines were provided by severaldifferent manufacturers, which is hard to compatible. So we need to provide human,financial and material resources for the post-maintenance and update management. Inorder to solve this problem, we need to propose standardization and specificationmechanism at the early development of the ATMC application system. Therefore,design a solver based on WOSA standard which was promulgated by the Associationof the solution provider is necessary.The core content of this paper is the standard of WOSA. Firstly, the concept ofWOSA is introduced, features and limitations of ATM and its design principles arealso introduced as the preparation for the design of the system. Secondly, based on theoverall function of the ATM machine, this paper gives the technical ideas anddetermines the system architecture of the unified application platform based onWOSA standard, and completes the detailed design of various modules. Finally, thesystem is tested under the simulated environment in order to prove that the system hasgood stability and compatibility, and it is able to adapt to the business needs of thebank in the future development of information technology and market demand.
