Design And Implementation Of Terminal Equipment Operation And Maintenance Service Platform In Financial Industry

With the rapid growth of the equipment deployment in the financial industry,the demand for equipment maintenance services is also increasing.There are often a variety of malfunctions in equipment used,such as POS circuit malfunction and so on.It will not only affect the normal business of the shops,but also reduce the efficiency of payment.In the era of rapid development of informationization,how to use advanced network technologies and management techniques to improve service quality and management efficiency of operation and maintenance(O & M)services is the focus of this paper.On the basis of understanding of financial industry equipment maintenance services,this paper analyzes the business demand of financial industry equipment,then designs and develops a comprehensive operation and maintenance service platform which integrates equipment repair,installation,weaning and inspection.Through the operation and maintenance system,each operation and maintenance project can establish their own equipment files,operation and maintenance processes,user information,repair and service conditions,inspection conditions and other comprehensive maintenance service information,which can help equipment management center to achieve the transformation of approval documents,equipment maintenance,file management from paper to electronic and template,from artificial to networked and informationization.It can effectively improve the efficiency of enterprise operation and maintenance services,and realizes the standardization and standardization of the management process.The research results of the dissertation include:(1)This paper analyzes the current situation of development and research of O &M service informationization at home and abroad,summarizes the shortcomings of O& M service in informationization technology research,and proposes the analysis and design of business requirements;(2)According to the demand analysis,establish a comprehensive service platform integrating equipment repair,installation/ remove and inspection.According to the data analysis of repair situation.It is reasonable to allocate the work order to each regional maintenance service engineer,and realize the centralized treatment of failure reporting;(3)The establishment of a multi-Work Order path optimization system,which can optimize order of work order paths through the calculation model of latitude and longitude and improved ant colony algorithm.It provides solutions for service engineers to optimize service path of operation and maintenance.
