The Design And Implementation Of Integrated Electronic Filing Cabinet Management System

The twenty-first Century is an era of information technology. With thedevelopment of information technology and information quantity increase, the questionhow to manage and utilize information has become an important topic of our life andwork. In order to promote electronic office, various paper materials used in daily workhave been gradually replaced by multimedia information. This transformation brings theissue how to manage and use the multimedia information files correctly and effectively.Focused on file management, this paper is designed to construct a set of completeinformation management system to ensure a smooth channel for information exchangeand bring information management, data publishing and sharing to standardized track.The core of this system is file management; it derives three subsidiary functionmodules–file content publishing, file information sharing and office data automation.Connected by electronic document, the three modules enable the effective interaction offour working groups-electronic document storage, public information dissemination,information collection and information office. Based on data collection andcomprehensive statistics, this system helps to manage and develop basic informationresources with supporting engineering construction and electronic network platform toaccelerate the further development of the organization’s electronic information office.
