All along,coal-fired power plants to attach great importance to the shaft of the turbinetemperature monitoring. If it’s adverse to Hotbox monitoring, then it will happens the burningshaft phenomenon, and result in significant economic losses and serious consequences. Incoal-fired plants, it uses traditional temperature monitoring system to collect temperature datato the PC for analyzing and recording of data by means of the bus network transmission. Withthe rapid development of embedded hardware and software, it is possible to integrate thecollection, recording and analysis of the temperature on one machine, it not only can greatlyreduce costs, but also can provide a more user-friendly interactive interface、the EthernetRemote monitoring, etc.The design uses a temperature acquisition module to acquisition data, upload thecollected data to the S3C2440processor through the UART, the model of displaying,analyzing and recording. In terms of hardware, we have research and achieve a temperatureacquisition module design based on AT89C51. In terms of software, at first, we make thetemperature module program development, and then transplant the open source U-Boot as theboot loader, according to the demands to deploy and cut the Linux kernel, transplant yaffs2file system, and developing the man-machine interface and touch screen driver based on theQT/Embedded. At last, developing the Ethernet port driver, transplanting Boa server,developing the CGI scripts and interface of the remote monitoring.This system can run in the laboratory conditions stably and reliably, and with somepractical and valuable. By improving it, we can also realize the data collection of otherindustrial parameters to achieve a more powerful industrial control system.
