MicroBlog into the view of the public since2010, which has quietly affect every aspect of our lives in a short span of less than three years time. MicroBlog is worth to be researched accordding to the market share or the influence and so on. However, on the current situation, the research from Sociology developt very slowly and the content is single. In fact, after the nineties of the last century, the social capital theory has increaseingly become the forefront of academic attention and focus problem. This theory can explain many complex economic and social phenomena.social capital theory explains some phenomenon of the MicroBlog;the MicroBlog also opened up a new way for the development of social capital theory.This paper has a more comprehensive discussion of MicroBlog from two levels of individuals and groups depends on the theory of "social capital". Individual social capital framework based primarily on social capital model from Linnan, corresponding to examine the structure and motivation of MicroBlog user, the interaction among the MicroBlog users who have different social capital as well as the rewards, so that we can concluded that the grassroots crowd and the elite group have differences of the acquisition and maintenance of social capital in the MicroBlog.About group social capital, through selecting the weiba and exploring its definition, nature and development, with the concept of trust and civil society, we can concluded the problems of weiba and limitations in the process of social capital to maintain and extend. This article aims to research deeper about weiba from the perspective of social capital, so we can make use of MicroBlog to manage the social capital.
