Design And Implementation Of Wireless Smart Home Control System Based On Embedded Linux

It providesecurity,convenient,efficient,comfortable home environment.Smart home arises in thesituation.The paper first researches orgin,status and development of smart home,analyzes severalpopular control technology of smart home.It presents the design scheme of adopting ARM asmain controller, embedded Linux as OS,GSM as remote communication technology,ZigBeeas short-distance communication techonology.It introduces the circuit designe of homeintelligent gateway and sub-module of ZigBee.In software aspect,it introduces the setup ofembedded Linux system,include the cross-compiling environment,QTE developmentenvironment,ZigBee development environment.The communication program between ARMand GSM is one of the key.On the basis of analyze the mode of the home device,the paperformulates the mode of SMS control command,programming the communication programwith GSM module.Based on the ZigBee protocol stack,design the program betweenCoordintor and Router.Take advantage of Qt Designer,GUI is designed.And the GUI is addedto the Qtopia system.Through debugging and testing repeatly,the whole system can run normally.The homedevice can be controlled by SMS,meanwhile local display and control can be completed byoperating GUI.The system is reliable in communication,simple in operation,high ratio ofperformance to price,easy to be extended and maintained and worthy to be promotion.
