The essence of advertising communication mode is to meet the users’ information needs in the new media environment, which has the one-way propagation characteristics different from the traditional media advertising.And new media users have gotten rid of the single channel bound,who are no longer just passive ramblingwait a romantic meeting. But they can search through the multi-matching actively, selecting to obtain information to achieve satisfaction according to their own needs. In this situation, more advertisers should have meetted the information needs of users from the point of view, setting the purpose of users"’information satisfaction "as their own information services.Recent years with the rapid development of microblog,more and more advertisers realize the great spreading value of this platform, registering microblog account to join in the "microblogging players force",which can get a place on the stage of marketing microblog. However, when these advertisers enjoy doing it,their behaviour is far away from the essence of the new media advertising transmission mode, resulting that a lot of users’ information needs are’t satisfied which having a serious effect on the communication results.In response to the situation this paper chose Sina Microblog as the data source, and randomly selected50enterprises’microblog as samples to analyze in a Nature Week.By the statistical analysis of these companies’microblog framework texts and users’ feedback in the natural weeks,this paper performs an empirical study about advertisers’ information satisfaction service on the microblog platform. The determination of information satisfaction is achieved mainly through the assignment of the users’different feedback forms. Calculatting the "information satisfaction score" by assigning,it could classify and rank the samples according to the score, in which finding out that the amount of microblog> the issue of microblog、the form of microblog and the published time of microblog have an effect on the "information satisfaction".With classifing the impact factor,this paper also put forward some constructive suggestions on the strategy of how to achieve" information satisfaction"...
