With steady and rapid economic development of our country market and the spiritual needs which the people living level brings, as well as the policy guidance with which the state advocates the prosperity and development of cultural industry, the rapid development of the journal of financial and economics faces a series of problems and difficulties. How to meet the needs of economic development as soon as possible and seek operation modes’ transformation has become the journal of financial and economics’bottleneck that the journals want to break through so as to keep growing.Based on the analyzing, comparing, and absorbing the outcome of operation financial and economics’ journals, it focuses on the current situation, opportunity and problem of operation financial and economics’ journals in our country. For example, as for GX Economy—the successful transformation of operation in our country, it analyzes the change of the transformation of operation. Then it studies the tradition operation financial and economics’ journals. At thesame time, this paper explores the three management levels in finance and economics journals transformation design. First, it proposes through the accurate market positioning, cultivates professional editorial team, fosters industry core competitiveness in the publication content improvement. Secondly, it is recommended to strip advertising management of integrated marketing on the one hand, but on the other hand it is to carry out the strategy of brand led, complete the brand extension and expansion in the advertising business improvement. Third, it further puts forward the smooth marketing channel, perfect after-sales service, the convergence of digital media era demand, development of digital multimedia products in the related products and services of management improvement.
