"Internet of things" are everywhere, all items will be through the Internet of thingsin the world actively interact, Internet has integrated into people’s life, is closely relatedto all the objects in the world. Internet of things through the radio frequencyidentification (RFID), infra-red sensors, sensing equipment such as global positioningsystem (GPS) perceive external things, and will be connected to the Internet tocommunicate and the information interaction, realized with any item of intelligentidentification, location, tracking and monitoring and management.Current society competition is intense, in order to improve production efficiency,reduce operating costs, various industries are exploring, high efficiency, high accuracydigital technology, the Internet of things technology arises at the historic moment, itshigh-speed development constantly adapt to the human life demand is increasing day byday. At present, the existing traditional warehouse management system used by the barcode label: there are a lot of defects such as bar code easy to copy, easy to tamper with,easy to damage, artificial writing tedious, error-prone, etc., to design and buildautomation, high reliability, warehouse management system is very necessary.Reasonable use of the Internet of things technology, the research of warehousemanagement system based on RFID technology, realize the automatic collection andinput to the data warehouse management each link, efficient and accurate needed toprovide the business relevant data, do the entire monitoring, timely alarm, convenientquery and trace events, will greatly enhance the capacity of enterprise materialmanagement, reduce the safety risk management, improve the economic benefit.This article embarks from the actual material management company, the arrival ofthe goods in the inspection of goods management, in-out warehouse, moving libraryshift, allocation and inventory physical count each link needs and carried on thethorough investigation, risk of iot and RFID technologies were studied, on the basis of awarehouse management system based on RFID technology has carried on the detaileddemand analysis, feasibility analysis, design and implement related system model andarchitecture, this system has realized the monitoring in the whole process of the material management, timely alarm, convenient query and event tracing requirements, hasreached the original purpose.
