Design And Implementation Of Networked Social Security Audit System

With the rapid development of information technology, social security business has entered into the information age. Therefore, applying network technologies to manage social security business is of great necessity. Strengthen the audit of social security funds is one of the important means to ensure the safe operation of the social security fund. Improving the management of social security auditing system is conducive to the continuous improvement of China’s modern social security system. At the same time, it can ensure the security and integrity of the Social Security Fund to prevent the loss of the fund, and it is also related to the national economy, the people’s livelihood and the maintenance of social stability. Thus, I decided to develop this system so as to facilitate the management of the audit process.This paper starts from the background of the system and then analyzes the necessity of the system development, introduces the related technology of the system, and describes the structural design of the system through needs analysis and business model. Next, it makes the outline design of the system by using case design, the database concept model design, software hierarchy design and class diagram design. At last, it describes the core function of the system in detail. The basis of this paper is the application of ASP.NET technology, combined with Oracle lOg database in VS2010development environment, use C#language and JavaScript language to develop the networking social security audit system based on the jQuery framework.Networked social security audit system is a platform for networked social security au-diting. It uses B/S structure-there is no need to have a local client software, and achieves the goal of the client zero maintenance costs. Through the system, auditor can audit on the Internet and generate the required reports; administrators can manage users, projects, points, templates, reports, and data dictionary. Administrators can create a user and a project through the system. Auditors then upload the completed template, enter the project to audit, and then get the final report by executing the template, the Excel forms are stored in the server to be printed out at anytime.Networked social security audit system provides administrators and auditors a good en- vironment to manage and audit. Administrators and auditors can work together across time and space by the network, so that the transmission of information can be more timely and efficient. In a word, the development of the system is of wide range of research significance and application values.
