The level of social security is related to the sustainable development of the national economy,the long-term prosperity and the stability of the society.With the rapid development of the economy of China,the basic information database of the national insurance registration which covering massive data has been gradually established and improved.Due to the increasing volume,variety and complex data structure of social security,these massive data often hide the most valuable content,which also brings a series of problems at the regulatory level of social security funds.Social security auditing is an important means for the state to supervise the management and scientific use of social security funds and to implement the leadership responsibilities of social security work.While social security has ushered in the era of big data the scope of traditional social security audits is limited and it is difficult to meet the dynamic supervision needs of social security funds.The core of the social security audit system design is to establish an audit system with data analysis as the core.One party satisfies the analytical needs of the audit for the data.The other party satisfies the management needs of the audit project.The main work done by the thesis focuses on:The first is to investigate the basic business conditions,data storage,data volume of social security institutions and audit institutions,to sort out the needs of the social security audit system.At the,same time,ensure that the system meets ease of use,friendliness and enthusiasm.Second,the thesis does a lot of homework on the related technologies needed for the development system.Basing on the large data analysis,the thesis investigates the basic situation of the departmental business processes,data storage and data volume of social security institutions and audit institutions,and analyzes the specific needs of the system.The thesis has done a lot of research on the related technologies needed for the development system,and designed and developed the social security audit system combined with the large data analysis.we design and implement the main modules including big data acquisition.The audit of social security analysis,doubt early warning management and report generation module.Via Sqoop distributed data transfer tool and the external data system interface directly import historical data to audit institutions.Through the various types of data processing and analysis to find the weakness and the difficulty of the audit data extraction and shortage,in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the audit.Finally realizes the social security audit analysis of multidimensional data model query analysis modeling and early warninganalysis modeling and so on.The last,the system passed the test.After implementation in the city's social security audit work,this system has obtained a good application effect.
