The biochemical detector is a necessary and important testing equipment in clinicalexamination. It diagnoses the patient’s condition by the detection of human blood orbody fluids, and provides a scientific basis for doctors to diagnose the patient’scondition.And the portable miniature biochemical detector with fast and on-sitedetection and analysis becomes a research hotspot in recent years.According to the demand of on-site rapid detection of patients vital signs index forthe sick and the wounded in battlefield, emergency and other wild environments, andthe problems of the pre-developed micro biochemical detector control system in thelaboratory, This thesis carries out the research of key control technology on the rapidmicro biochemical detector system, and breaks through the system control method, thesystem control structure, the system control circuit, and other key technologies. A blueprint based on S3C2410A as the core of the integrated control system is proposed tooptimize the communication of the system, it optimizes the system of communicationand improves the speed of data and the sample detection system (optical systems,spectral scanning system, the sample cell constant temperature system) structure anddesigns power management circuitry to improve individual sample chamber going fastand precisely, reduces the power consumption of the system,and implements thebattery-powered. Completes debug each module of the system, and tests the rapid microbiochemical detector’s performance andclinical comparative experiments.Theexperimental results prove that it basically reaches the requirement of practicaltechnology.The main contents are:①The thesis analyzes the status of control technology on the miniaturebiochemical detector, and summarizes the existing problems of the micro biochemicaldetector control system previously developed by the laboratory. Then the overallprogram of rapid micro biochemical detector system control optimization was proposed;②The problems of the original micro biochemical detector control system isdeeply analyzed, and the scheme S3C2410A as the core of integrated control system isproposed, then systematic studyof the system control method, system structure, systemcontrol circuit and so on is carried out.③With S3C2410A as the core to achieve the integrated control of micro rapid biochemical detector system,optimizes control system communication.The thesisimproves sample detection system structure and design of each module of the systemcontrol circuit, writes the corresponding control circuit driver, completed the research ofthe corresponding circuit;④This paper completed the debugging of the hardware circuit, verified thefunction of S3C2410A core board, and tested the USB port, light source power supplyway, the sample pool constant temperature system, cooling system, spectral scanningsystem.Then main performance of the prototype were tested, with the vital signs ofsodium (Na+),glucose (Glu),the clinical contrast experiment between the prototype andthe Olympus AU2700was carried out,the correlation calculation of the experimentalmeasured data was0.9996and0.9994respectively, and the maximum relative standarddeviation is-3.87%,clinical comparison test results show that the micro rapidbiochemical detector has basically reached the practical needs.
