Research Sound Language Television Broadcast Over Regulatory Issues

As is known to all，the TV has very broad target audience. The normalization ofTV verbal language concerns not only whether the social language developshealthily and normally, but also the construction of harmonious society. As thecommunicator of TV, the anchors and hosts should bears responsibility to guide andnormalize the standard spoken Chinese language. The previous research aboutnormalization of TV verbal language was lack of strong lexical databases and didn’tresearch it deeply. In this paper, the author uses the case analysis and investigates themost representative programs in CCTV in order to quantify the verbal problems inchart. Furthermore, to improve the persuasiveness, the author prescribes a limit tothe research period of Putonghua Promotion Week. The author, aiming tosummarizing the regularity of verbal language and explaining the reasons of themand coming up with the related solutions, hopes to enlighten the anchors and hosts.The research object in this paper is normalization problems of TV verballanguage and the author classify the normalization problems. The News programs’problems focus on pronunciation, phonation and speech. The inexact pronunciationis owing to the effect of dialect and poor basic skills of language pronunciation. Theweek control of tongue and lips results and improper breathing means result inphonation problems.The speech problems include wrong juncture and foreign words abuse. Themain special programs’ problems are wrong pronunciation, especially in intonation.What’s more, the speech skills should be improved by the anchors and hosts. Theproblem in variety shows is poor speech fluency.The object reasons of normalization problems of TV verbal language are theeffect of foreign language, the increasing number of anchors and hosts, the challengeof endless information and inadequate supervision. The subject reasons areunenergetic attitude of anchors and hosts, poor sense of standardization, weakbroadcasting skills and wrong self-orientation, etc.In end of the paper, the author comes up with the measures to solve theseproblems, including paying full attention to the importance and necessity, improvingthe speech skills and cultural literacy of anchors and hosts, strengthening codesystematic construction, etc.
