Today,new media is in rapidly change and fusion period. Growing with thedevelopment of new media on social function, the political, economic, cultural andother fields had huge impact, and these changes are affecting the people’s choice ofinformation, access to information, and consumption of information, etc. The arrival ofthe new media era, wushu is suffering from various challenges. Therefore, researchunder the background of the new media era, explore the affection of Chinese wushuspread by the new media, how to keep wushu which is the essence of Chinese culture inthe spread of new media, nice and rapidly, will be influence the destiny of the future ofwushu. That is a vital urgently problem at the present.The article uses the literature material method logical analysis, comparativeanalysis, empirical research, expert interviews and other research methods, from theperspective of communication, on the background of new media time, the wushucommunication as the subject, the Influence of new media on wushu communication asthe research object and do it more in-depth study.Research shows that because of the traditional media indifference and the newmedia promotion of five advantages product the background of wushu and new mediablend in development. The media affection: multiple confusion of network media,existence shrinking of print media, be away truth of movies and television media andthe absence of culture inheritance. The new media influence: wushu culture spread,wushu spreader, wushu communication methods and wushu internationalcommunication.
