The Harms, Causes And Preventive Measures Of The Network Violence

With the likelihood of network violence, the network develops quickly since the1990s.As the Web grows up, so do its users, network violence become very obvious, and become a hot topic. Theoretically the research of network violence is not enough; the contents are far of abundant. According to current research on this case, most of this research limit to communications, politics. But in moral education is not enough. In this paper, based on ethical morality theory, we explore the traits, causes and preventive measures of the network violence.This paper is divided into the following parts:the introduction part is the related study of network violence, reviews existing research which included its concept, hazards, causes and strategies, and clears the current research progress; The first part makes specialized and further overviews and analyses to the current status of the network violence,and describes its types and characteristics in detail and makes in-depth research and analysis about the harms of network violence which combined with established case in society, prospects its developmental trends and explores its hazards. Mainly four types:the language violence, the picture Information violence, the irrational human-flesh searches, humorous and slandering. The characteristics: blind conformity, overly emotional, irrational, anomic individuals to avoid responsibility and hazards Without Borders. Network violence hazards confuse telling the truth, violations of the parties’ rights and interests, the impact of Internet users ethical values, and hinder the harmonious society building; The second part analyses and summarizes the causes of network violence from moral considerations.1.Network virtual, anonymity. Pointed out that the network itself, the presence of contradictions: network moral and practical moral disjointed; the contradiction of networks excessive freedom and the moral responsibility.2.Network morality. The social allocation system and morals are dispensable to social system.3. Moral decline, easy to become network violence; The third part is about the preventive strategy for network violence problem, stresses it from the aspects of moral construction of network and the carrying out of network moral education,self-discipline and heteronomy should be combined and complementary to alleviate-or curb the occurrence of network violence. Finally, the solution to the problem of network violence is not done overnight, and it is unworkable way to take remedial action until problem arises, only through a series of methods and strategies to prevent it,can the problem be well contained.
