Improving quality is the core of education reform and development. Classroom teaching quality is closely related to classroom teaching behavior. Good education idea really can only be realized through specific classroom teaching behavior, really promote classroom teaching quality. Along with the advancement of new curriculum, High school language has made the adjustment and changes in knowledge view, teaching view and students view, etc. However, the actual classroom teaching faces many problems. At present, this kind of research from the perspective of classroom teaching behavior is too little. The research can give front-line teachers operational guidance.So this paper will study high school Chinese classroom teaching behavior in the depth and detail through theoretical analysis, classroom observation, interviews between teachers and students and other methods.This paper is divided into six parts.Part Ⅰ:This part briefly describes the present situation, study design, the value of this study and the innovation.Part Ⅱ:This paper expounds the new moral education curriculum and points out the optimization direction under the new course classroom teaching behavior conditions. Teacher’s teaching behavior should have comprehensive, interactivity, targeted, standard and diversity. Students learning behavior should have subjectivity, exploratory, and participatory.Part Ⅲ:This part analyzes the problem, finds reason through class observation and interviews the teachers and students mainly from the introduction of behavior, presentation behavior, dialogue behavior and appraisal behavior, etc. The reasons of the teacher are:wrong understanding of the language, gap between teaching idea and teaching behavior, poor knowledge, unreasonable instructional design, no clear sense of purpose etc. The reasons of the students are:no enough emphasis on Chinese, lack of training of learning method, language learning methods that are not mastered by students, passive learning position that are accustomed by students,etc.Part Ⅳ:this section presents two outstanding cases:"the sound slow" and "Romeo and Juliet". The features of good classroom teaching behavior are summarized, which provides a reference for classroom teaching behavior optimization strategy. Part V:On the basis of the above research, classroom teaching behavior of high school Chinese optimization strategy is proposed. The optimization strategy of the teachers:1. specific strategies in the process of teaching which gives a suggestion from the introduction of behavior, presentation behavior, etc.2. Deepen the teachers’ professional development which includes independent construction teaching idea, building learning community, self-reflection, improving the knowledge structure, etc. The optimization strategy of the student behavior:guiding students to set up the correct learning goals, lighting class with passion and then helping students improve learning initiative, improving students’ understanding of teachers’ behavior, improving the performance ability of learning behavior, etc.In the conclusion part, conduct a comprehensive review and summary. Point out that the future research should deep into the classroom; find the problem; Delve into the optimization strategy.
