ObjectiveTnis study reviews from2012July to2014March in diagnostic clinic from Dongzhimen Hospital of Beijing University of Chinese Medicine for female urethral syndrome patients, the four diagnostic methods of TCM syndrome differentiation in patients with Yin deficiency and damp heat, clinical data of68cases. The eight is capsule and Six Ingredient Rehmannia Pill combination, to explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine.3. MethodsThrough cross experiment were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with34cases in each. The control group oral Tolterodine Tartrate Tablets (2mg bid) and flavoxate hydrochloride tablets (0.2g TID), experimental group eight oral capsule (4pills each time,3times/day) and Six Ingredient Rehmannia pills (1pills/time,2times/day). Before and after the treatment were observed after one month:(1) the lower urinary tract symptoms (LUTS) symptom score and quality of life (QOL) score.(2) the maximal urinary flow rate (Qmax) changes;(3) urine volume (V).(4) residual urine volume (PRV) changes. Statistical analysis all data are used SPSS13.0software for statistical data analysis. The measurement data with mean and standard deviation (x+s), paired t test was used for comparison. P<0.05is the difference has statistical significance.4.
