Background:In recent years, the increasing trend of women of childbearing age infertility incidence of ovulatory dysfunction is one of the reasons causing the infertility of female, accounting for25%to40%of the infertile patients. Clinically, anovulatory infertility has no clear and unified diagnostic criteria. The treatment includes ovulation induction drugs and assisted reproductive technology-based. But its application is limited because the drugs are expensive, the technology is not yet universal, and more complications.Chinese medicine has had a long discourse on infertility, but not systematically differentiate ovulatory dysfunction infertility. According to the description of its main symptoms, ovulatory dysfunction infertility can be scattered in chapters as "no child,""died out ","amenorrhea","irregular menstruation". Chinese medieal seience thinks that kidney deficieney is the essence of the etiology and patho genesis of infertility, others can be described as liver depression, phlegm, blood stasis, et al. On the treatment, Chinese medicine combined the differentiation with disease and syndrome, and created artificial cycle therapy of traditional Chinese medicine, which has reduced the complications and adverse reactions of the only application of western medicine and made a good effect. Objective:Summaring my advisor’s experinece on treatment of anovulatory infertility with kidney deficiency hepatic depression syndrome by the method of Tonify the Kidney Sooth the Liver and Regulating the Period of Menses (TKSLRPM), then observing the clinic curative effect by sydromes, basic body temperature, results of Bultrasonie-wave, and hormone in serum, aiming to seaching a more effieient therapy for anovulatory infertility.Method:The clinic programme is designed to treat30patients diagnosed with anovulatory infertility with kidney deficiency hepatic depression syndrome by the method of TKSLRPM. Six months are made up the whole therapeutic process. Observing the comparison of sydromes, basic body temperature, results of Bultrasonie-wave, and hormone in serum before and after treatment. The curative effect was evaluated as recovery, improving obviously, improving, invalidatioaResults:The clinical efficacy of the group:the total clinical effective rates were90%, the recovery rates were70%, the improving obviously rates were10%, the same as the improving rates and the invalidation rates. The clinical symptoms efficacy of the group:there was a significant difference between pretherapy and post-treatment of both clinical symptoms and menses symptoms (P<0.01). The change of hormone in serum:There was a significant difference between pretherapy and post-treatment of both progesterone and estradiol (P<0.01). And the therapy can obviously enhance the level of follicle stimulating hormone, luteinizing hormone, prolactin and testosterone, but the range of enhancing the four hormone was no difference between pretherapy and post-treatment(P>0.05). The change of results of Bultrasonie-wave:there was a significant difference between pretherapy and post-treatment of both the dominant follicle size and the endometrium thickness during the period ofovulationCP<0.01).Conclusions:The method of Tonify the Kidney Sooth the Liver and Regulating the Period of Menses to cure anovulatory infertility with kidney deficiency hepatic depression syndrome has a Satisfactory results. So choosing this method to treat infertility has a certain prospects, it is necessary to further studying mechanism of this method.
