Bone Pain Capsule Combined Injection Of Zoledronic Acid To Treating Breast Cancer Bone Metastasis Effect

Objective:observation on the clinical effect and the toxie or side effect of Zhuanggu Zhentong capsule with zoledronic acid in treatment of bone metastasis of breast cancer,to provide an objective basis for Integrated treatment(both traditional Chinese and west medicine) of bone metastasis,as well as to provide accumulated experience for forthers, systemic researeh.Methods:62patients which is in accordance with the inclusive criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, who were met eligibility criteria and randomized to reatment group (32patients) and control group (30patients).In3months, treatment group (Zhuanggu Zhentong capsule combined with Zoledronic Acid for Injection) and and control group(Zoledronic Acid for Injection).The integrated clinical effect of the two groups was observed, including bone metastases focus,mobility, hypercalcemia, and improvement in quality of life.SPSS16.0statistical software was uesd for statistical analysis.Results:1. Improvements in bone metastases, the treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);2. The treatment group and control group after treatment the blood calcium were down, but no statistical difference (P>0.05);3. The KPS score curative effect comparison, the treatment group is better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05);4. Between the two groups after treatment of TCM syndrome in patients with general curative effect have significant difference (P<0.05);5. Two groups of patients have less adverse reaction, but no statistical difference.Conclusion:There is no big difference between treatment group and control group in reducing serum calcium concentration,but the treatment group in bone metastases, KPS score improvement situation is significantly higher than that in control group, shows strong bone analgesia capsule combined with azole injection to phosphonic acid treatment for breast cancer bone metastasis cancer can reduce the bone marrow suppression condition better, improve the degree of bone repair and patient quality of life, which proved that the breast cancer bone metastases with strong bone joint azole analgesia capsule phosphonic acid for the rationality of the method of treatment, the clinical observation of bone-building analgesia capsule could provide part of the breast cancer patients with bone metastasis cancer more effective treatments.
