Cough Powder Xiaochaihutang Combined Intervention Of Primary Lung Cancer Cough

[Objectives]Observation the clinical efficacy of lung cough treated by xiaochaihutang and zhisousan[Methods]112cases were randomly divided into four groups:Control group, experimental group I, experimental group II, experimental group III. Four groups were given compound liquorice tablets, Xiaochaihutang, zhisousan,Xiaochaihutang combine with zhisousan respectively, observing the change of the symptom score, the main symptoms, cough, changes in KPS scores and adverse reactions in each group after treating15days later.[Results]Results of Syndromes PTS:Compared with the control group, total score syndromes was higher in treatment group Ⅰ、Ⅱ,while lower in treatment group Ⅲ,the differences between control group and treatment group Ⅰ,Ⅲ was statistically significant (P<0.05); compared with the control group, the differences of total score syndromes between before and after was lower in treatment group Ⅰ、Ⅱ,while higher in groupⅢ,the difference among the groups were significance (P<0.05); compared with the treatment group Ⅲ, TCM syndrome score was higher in the treatment group Ⅰ、Ⅱ, the differences of TCM syndrome score between before and after was lower, the difference was statistically significant difference (P <0.01); compared with the treatment group I, TCM syndrome score was lower in group Ⅱ, the differences of TCM syndrome score between before and after was higher in group Ⅱ, while there was no significant difference between the groups (P>0.05).Results of main symptom improvement:Compared with the control group, the treatment of cough, sputum aspects total effective rate was lower in the treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05or0.01),but no statistical difference between group Ⅲ significance (P>0.05); while the chest tightness, chest pain, shortness of breath, constipation, washigher in the treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅲ, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05or0.01); Compared with the treatment group Ⅲ, the treatment of cough, sputum, shortness of breath and other symptoms of the total effective rate was lower in the treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ, the difference between groups was statistically significant (P<0.05or0.01).Results of cough improvement:Compared with the control group, cough improvement rate was lower in treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ,but higher in treatment group Ⅲ, the differences between group Ⅰ and Ⅲ was statistically significant (p<0.05); compared with the treatment group Ⅲ, cough improvement rate was lower in treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ, the differences was statistically significant (p<0.01); cough improvement rate in group I was lower in group Ⅱ, the differences was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Results of KPS score changes:Compared with the control group, the KPS score improvement rate was lower in treatment group I and Ⅱ,but higher in treatment group Ⅲ, the differences between control group and group Ⅲ was statistically significant (p<0.05); compared with the treatment group Ⅲ, KPS score improvement rate was lower in treatment group Ⅰ and Ⅱ, the differences was statistically significant (p <0.01); KPS score improvement rate in group I was lower in group Ⅱ, the differences was not statistically significant (P>0.05).Results of adverse reactions occurring:Compared with the control group, incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the treatment group Ⅰ、Ⅱ, the differences was statistically significant (p<0.05or p<0.01); Compared with group Ⅱ, incidence of adverse reactions was lower in the treatment group Ⅰ、Ⅲ, the differences among the three groups were not statistically significant (p>0.05).[Conclussion]lung cough could treated effectivly by xiaochaihutang join with zhisousan, While fewer adverse reactions.
